Vancouver Island is home to a lot of farmers and why not? The soil is rich, the summer days are long and they have no lack of rainfall 🙂
The locals are on board and they’ve embraced both organic growing as well as farm to table dining.
You know it’s really gone mainstream when the local roach coach promotes it on the side of their truck, although in this case, with a twist on the words. Yummy.
